46歲王祖賢日前突現身香港，引發整容、車禍傳言不斷，她13日親上火線，透過網路影片駁斥流言，除感謝影迷支持，並表示相關報導不實，現都交給律師處理，「我很健康，沒有問題，接下來會過平凡人的日子。」

她先前在香港被拍下大小眼、變寬的山根，因此傳出整形，還傳出祕戀溫哥華小她20歲的男生，所以才急修臉綁牢小情郎，儘管她好友在網上貼圖，力證她容顏未變，她也狀告香港高院控告壹傳媒及其名下報章和雜誌誹謗，但仍止不住媒體對她的好奇與關注。

12日又有港媒報導，她去年在溫哥華發生車禍，眼和臉都受傷，才導致昔日容顏改變。這才讓她決定以網路影片反撲，但「接下來會過平凡人的日子」一語，似也向外界宣告，短期內並無復出計畫。
