小弟畢業於120ME學士、116碩士昨天面試了鴻海算是第二賺錢的BG (不是鴻超準，作雲端伺服器) 跟某部門資深工程師聊了2個半小時應徵的職缺為系統整合工程師新幹班我承認我大學非常混雖然沒有被二一專業科目被當了一屁股機構學動力學材料力學機械材料整個四年的成績只有67左右雖然靠著補習補上了116碩士(力學組) 但是現在悔不當初英文也只有考了350(第二次補考310...) 而我碩士班成績平均也沒有80 而那位資深工程師說願意錄取我他往上送的話最快2個星期因為他覺得感覺出我的企圖心跟口條流暢溝通無礙不怯場還有感覺出我對事業的熱情但是又告訴我不能保證因為要逐步簽核因為公司規定新幹班碩班的成績低標是80分再加上我的英文成績還有大學成績我在那次面試先跟副理聊了15分鐘之後換了那位資深工程師 (他在鴻海年資6年) 他說如果副理一定要用你最快3天就可以來上班而且一定保的住你那位資工他說他自己是那部門最大的，所以副理應該會採納!? 他也願意幫我寫報告在往上送簽呈，如果有簽呈下來會告訴我我也有問他說那這期間我可以打來問你相關的進度嗎? 他也說這沒問題當然等待的期間我仍會自己去找工作想請問各位曾經或者在鴻海的大大們對於這樣的說法最後拿不到offer被打槍的機率高嗎? 我被GG打槍、華碩打槍...別問我為什麼這麼想進鴻海不去別間... 可能我敘述得有點亂，我用手機排版謝謝板上的前輩!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.70.196.227
