英國8月零售銷售 意外下滑

（中央社台北2013年9月19日電）英國8月零售銷售意外下滑，締造10個月來最大降幅，主因食品需求大減，一反前1個月的銳增。

英國國家統計局（ONS）今天公布，8月包含燃料的零售銷售月減0.9%。彭博社調查20名經濟師的預估中值為增加0.4%。8月食品銷售降低2.7%，7月則是上升2.7%，創下2011年4月以來最大增幅。

在上月服務業、製造業及營建業均增強後，這份報告可能使對經濟前景日益上揚的樂觀情緒降溫。曾表示除非英國達成持續性的擴張，否則將繼續維持低利率的英國央行英格蘭銀行（BOE）昨天指出，經濟復甦已「確立」，BOE官員也把本季的成長率預測由0.5%上修到0.7%。

法國巴黎銀行（BNP Paribas SA）經濟師暨英國央行前官員丁斯萊（David Tinsley）表示：「儘管這個月的數據不如人意，銷售趨勢看起來仍持續穩健。今天發布的數據或許會有效提醒我們，經濟的進展不會只是單向往前一路到極其亮眼。」（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
