標題[請益] 機構或設備!?

小弟背景高職~碩班都是機械系(熱流組) 目前在中部一家面板廠擔任設備工程師資歷15個月做的還算OK 但因不是很喜歡某位同事加上要輪夜班所以想離職想很久了最近面試了幾間公司都是機構工程師都在北部都是小公司但開出來的薪水都比現職低了10k以上面試機構工程時主管也都很表明的說設備的年資基本上他們不會承認新人價都30k左右想請問各位先進們小弟是不是可以當作練功先進去機構這塊麻煩大家給點意見謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.121.241
