誠如主旨，abc三人交易，a售物給b，b轉售給c，目前的問題就是出在b沒出示銀行帳號，單純給c銀行帳號為a的，b與c有買賣糾紛，但是c都找a，試問雖然銀行帳號為a，那a要出面協調嗎?a與b交易是ok的也是成功的，但是a未與c交易過。目前c的立場是認為帳號是a的，所以a應該出面，但是a未與c交談交易事宜。a與b交易過程都有line記錄。c已經去報警了，a的帳號也凍結了。
