《國際產業》身價由市場決定，克萊斯勒申請IPO

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】克萊斯勒正式遞件申請首次公開發行（IPO），在飛雅特與克萊斯勒共同執行長馬奇歐尼（Sergio Marchionne）計畫合併兩家汽車公司的情況下，此舉料將有助於解決飛雅特與美國汽車工會（United Auto Workers, UAW）之間對於克萊斯勒身價的爭議。

此IPO股票將由UAW旗下信托機構VEBA（自願員工受益協會）提供，該基金會持有克萊斯勒41.5%股份。這次將公開出售約1億美元股票。

馬奇歐尼希望合併美國克萊斯勒與義大利飛雅特兩家汽車公司，以壯大規模成為足以與豐田、通用及福斯汽車競爭的國際大廠。飛雅特與VEBA一直無法就克萊斯勒的身價達成共識，現在將交由公開市場投資人定奪，決定飛雅特應該付出多少代價整併兩家車廠。
