台南‧中西區 道南館 since 2013, Sep 網誌：http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/99980733 地址：台南市中西區民權路二段248號 GPS：120.12.3 22.59.45 營業時間：11:00-21:00 消費時間：2013.09 公休日：詳臉書公告 價目表：網誌有 臉書：道南館 來自台北文山區，政治大學附近的道南館咖啡， 中秋節前夕在台南開了分店， 店面是棟白色三層樓的房子，位在民權路與新美街口， 穀倉燒烤店隔壁，雖沒掛招牌但不難認。 老闆姓王，認識的都叫他小鬍子，目前座位區在一樓， 二樓以上尚未佈置桌椅，吧檯區很大，桌面也較一般來的寬， 坐在這裡享用咖啡跟看看書時不會很擁擠。 道南館的特色是自家烘焙的淺焙咖啡，店內的menu很特別， 是個地球儀，上面用小貼紙標出店內販售咖啡豆的產區及價位， 可請老闆加以介紹。 點了一支Kenya Githiru$180，研磨好後會讓客人先聞乾香， 接著再用虹吸壺煮咖啡， 端上桌時會建議慢慢品嚐咖啡隨著溫度變化而蘊化出的不同風味， 在舒服的空間裡享用咖啡是幸福的事。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.237.180
