【大紀元2013年10月01日訊】 卑詩省原住民Yinka Dene要求聯合國專責原住民權益事務的特別記錄員，調查省政府在北方門戶輸油管計畫的所作所為。
　　
聯合國特使會在下星期訪問加國，原住民要求特使調查省政府為何在原住民反對下，仍然向石油公司Enbridge發出准許證，批准石油公司進行部分勘探工程，工程涉及鑽土勘探和伐樹。
　　
特使在下星期訪問本國後會向聯合國人權委員會和加國政府提交報告。◇
