【時報-駐美記者胡文豐報導】貝爾斯登研究公司：截至目前為止，美國企業的利潤主要來自削減成本，隨僱主開始擴大聘僱、提高薪資，未來獲利得仰賴於加強營收，偏偏這要實現並非易事。

聯準會9月份會議出乎意料未減碼QE，就是基於勞動市場尚嫌疲弱乏力。聯準會上月的決策令市場大感意外，多數基金經理人以為聯準會主席伯南克的QE退場計劃箭在弦上。

照柏南克解釋，經濟疲軟加上房貸利率走揚，促成聯準會暫且按兵不動。伯南克並暗示，何時縮減QE還要看政府的債務和預算紛爭何時落幕，種種因素使聯準會10月會議決策存在高度不確定性。不過還是有不少基金經理人看好所有不確定因素將煙消雲散，因而預期10月股價即使跌低也將反彈，且股價處於低檔正是買點。
