拓展大陸業務 沃爾瑪考慮進行收購 未透露併購目標

美國零售業巨擘沃爾瑪( (US-WMT) )的一名高級管理人員表示，打算在中國大陸進行收購，以提高沃爾瑪在該地的市占。

根據《MarketWatch》報導，沃爾瑪亞洲區總裁 Scott Price 表示，希望能在市占不是第一及第二的城市進行收購。然而 Price 並未透露潛力的收購標的。

Price 在APEC會議上表示，希望能因此打進目前業務還未開發的地區。

Price 也指出，有些交易可能涉及其他外資，不過不一定是歐資或美資。

目前沃爾瑪在中國118個城市，共開設398間分店，市占僅次於高鑫零售 (HK-6808) 。

高鑫零售是台灣潤泰全球 (2915) 和法國歐尚集團(Groupe Auchan SA)的合資公司。目前高鑫零售在中國擁有284家分店。
