要錢不成 男子再狂毆老母

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中12日電）今年8月間才毆母成傷的江姓男子，今天又疑向母親要錢不成，出手數度狂毆母親，遭受驚嚇的江母報警，警方將男子移送法辦。

警方指出，江姓男子曾因金錢與母親起爭執後，出手傷人，導致江母身上多處受傷，江母向法院申請保護令，在9月份獲准。

今天凌晨，江姓男子返家後，叫醒熟睡中的母親，索討新台幣3800元後離家，沒想到江男將錢花光後，清晨返家又再度向母親伸手要20萬元，表示需要這筆錢將女兒接回家。

警方說，江母第一時間未答應江男的要求，兒子竟然抓狂出手痛毆母親，導致江母頭部及身上多處受傷，江母在驚嚇之餘報警處理，警方詢後將江男依違反保護令及傷罪等罪移送法辦。1021012
