菲律賓強震 進入災區不易

（法新社菲律賓宿霧15日電） 菲律賓今天發生規模7.1強震，導致電力中斷，電話通訊也受損，當局仍試圖聯繫或進入災區，尚無法進一步了解災區情形。

宿霧救災管理處首長桑傑士（Neil Sanchez）表示，當局接獲學校倒塌、孩童受困的消息，正試圖證實這起事件。

桑傑士告訴ABS-CBN電視：「現在這裡通訊不易，就連當地減災風險管理處都受創。我們必須搬移至別處。」
