僵局難解 惠譽：恐降美評等

（中央社華盛頓2013年10月15日綜合外電報導）由於美國國會未能就調高舉債上限達成協議，美國可能債務違約，惠譽國際信用評等公司（Fitch Ratings Ltd.）今天警告，惠譽可能調降美國AAA主權信用評等。

惠譽將美國最高評等AAA置於「負面觀察」，這是實際調降評等前一步。

美國財政部表示，惠譽這項決定提醒美國國會議員，美國離債務違約已極其危險的近。

財政部長路傑克此前表示，政府將於10月17日用盡舉債上限，屆時將只剩下300億美元現金可以清償帳單。
