颱風薇帕今天直撲日本，到目前為止，日本伊豆大島因颱風受災死亡人數已經達到16人，還有51人失蹤，無法取得聯繫。

�日本新聞網報導，伊豆大島一天內降下創記錄的800多毫米的雨量，豪雨也讓一處山坡滑動和河水氾濫，造成數十棟住宅被沖毀。由於事故發生在今天凌晨，因此許多民眾在睡夢中被土石流掩埋。

��　日本政府已經派出了自衛隊和東京警視廳特殊救助部隊，東京消防廳也派出救生部隊，目前正在土石流中尋找遇難者遺體。
