我們最近有社團活動是要做類似愛心義賣的活動，在學校裡為了要讓東西特別一點我們是義賣現在年輕人
很流行的方巾，當初我們也為了方巾的圖案很苦惱，除了自己設計之外也在網路上找靈感，結果經過投票
網路上的一款很可愛的圖案當選，我們便開始製作商品，成品出來我們也都有PO在個人的FB上宣傳，到了活動當天有個自稱是該款圖案的設計者，說我們侵犯了他的創作，沒經過他同意就使用還量產販售，說我們這樣已經侵權了活動要立即停止不然他要告我們，我們只是要做愛心阿全部的所得也是要捐出去的，這樣的行為真的觸法了嗎?
