社區管理費從何時起要繳費

社區管理費收取，

原則上必須由區分所有權人依「區分所有權人會議」

（俗稱住戶大會）決議來決定，

但是區分所有權人決議授權給「管理委員會」

在一定範圍內自行開會決定時，法律並不禁止。

如果住戶規約在管委會未改選期間無法授權管委會決定，

則管理費收費標準的調整須經由區分所有權人會議決議；

所以，還是要繳管理費的
