江揆：大二膽一定留住兵力

行政院在9月頒布大二膽開放觀光交接計畫，計畫全面撤軍，引發朝野立委不滿。不過行政院長江宜樺今天在立院答詢時表示，行政院由於聽到觀光以外不同的考量，因此還是傾向一定要留住兵力，江揆並強調，開放觀光的地點還會再做評估，駐軍不是給陸客拍照用的。(程平報導)

由於政院頒布大二膽開放觀光計畫，因此一度傳出國軍將全面撤離。國民黨立委林郁方25號就藉著總質詢的機會要求江揆表態，希望江揆重新考慮，並強調大二膽在軍事上有重要的歷史意義，如果國軍走了，陸客來了，好像我們打敗仗。

對此，江揆則回應表示，雖然金門縣府希望大二膽能開放觀光，但政院也聽到不同考量，因此一定留住兵力。

至於開放的部分，江揆說，過兩天他會實地走一趟金門，了解實際狀況後再做決定。

江揆強調:「駐軍絕對不是供拍照之用。」
