社民黨不堅持財長 德組閣有望

（中央社記者林琳柏林2013年10月29日專電）德國基民／基社聯盟（CDU/CSU）與社民黨（SPD）組閣談判的關鍵問題之一，關於主掌財政部的問題，可能有解。德國媒體指出，社民黨看來不會堅持要主掌財政部。

德國「明鏡」週刊報導，社民黨原本將主掌財政部列為合作條件之一，因為德國財政部是主導歐洲政策的重要部會。

基民／基社聯盟與社民黨上週開始合作組閣的談判。如果談判順利，預期在11月下旬能有結論，新內閣在耶誕節前就可以組成，並開始運作。

「明鏡」指出，社民黨可能會在財政部長的問題上讓步，以換取新內閣在財政和內政政策上更貼近社民黨理念，包括推動全國一體適用的最低薪資和容許外國人入籍德國可保有雙重國籍。

社民黨與基民／基社聯盟的組閣談判協議將提交11月中旬在萊比錫舉行的社民黨黨大會，由47萬2000名黨員投票決定，必須獲得多數同意才有效。
