如題如果A發了一篇文章目的為分享奇怪非尋常的拍賣商品標題為 "可疑的商品" 內文為拍賣網站內文結論A自己評了一句"真不知是不是掛羊頭賣狗肉@@" 網友們(非A本人)回應推文 "好變態" "好奇怪" "居心叵測" 那賣家控告A妨害名譽是否成立 ? ps. A只是轉錄原來網路就有的內容只是補上一句評語和標題網友在A文章底下的回應應該不是屬於A的言論責任吧?
