標普下調法國信評 財長遺憾

（中央社記者蔡筱穎巴黎8日專電）國際債信評等公司標準普爾（Standard and Poor's）調降法國信用評等，自AA+降至AA，法國經濟部長莫斯柯維奇表示，遺憾標普「批評和不準確的」判斷。

總理艾侯（Jean-Marc Ayrault）也表示，法國的成績仍然是世界上最好的國家之一，「標普並沒有考慮法國正進行的所有改革」。

莫斯柯維奇（Pierre Moscovici）也指出，法國執行意義深遠的改革，以振興國家經濟、公共財政和競爭力。

標普表示，法國失業率居高不下，無法落實進一步改革，因而下調信評，但法國展望穩定。1021108
