限企業高層薪資 瑞士公投否決

（中央社日內瓦2013年11月24日綜合外電報導）根據瑞士電視台公佈的初步計票結果，限制企業高階主管薪資不得超過公司最低薪員工薪資12倍的公投案已遭到否決。

民調團體gfs.bern負責人龍尚（Claude Longchamp）對瑞士電視台說，根據初步計票結果所作推估顯示，這次公投以66%對34%否決這項提案。

這項提案由年輕的社會主義支持者推動，主張沒有人的月薪應高於其他人的年薪。領導者羅思（DavidRoth）說：「我們今天輸了。」

這項提案原本就預料會失敗，但是相關辯論正好迎合瑞士選民的不滿情緒。在陸續爆出幾位企業大老闆接受令人側目的酬勞後，瑞士3月通過法規，對高額離職金設立限制。

這項創制案名為「1比12公平薪資倡議」，因為主張以法律限制企業最高薪和最低薪的差距不得超過12倍。這項計畫遭到瑞士商業界和政壇右派勢力激烈反對。
