1.聽說開庭日那天就會直接被裁送勒戒,這是真的嗎?
這要看法官的裁定,檢察官會向法院申請裁定,如果法官准許
就會勒戒了
聽說檢察官在開庭時是不太會跟你說話,除非有律師陪同或是有狀紙,這也是真的嗎?

律師會幫你講話,沒有律師,誰會幫你講話

2.朋友在去年也犯相同法,本要被裁勒戒,但他請律師寫張狀紙請求緩起訴處份且成功,所以我照著他的方法去做,請問,律師幫我投了狀紙後什麼時候我會知道申請有過沒過?是會收到通知還是開庭時才宣判呢?

檢察官會寄給你一張緩起訴處分書
收到以後,就表示通過了
