店家占用騎樓 (玻璃門都不關)

事情是這樣的 ..
我25號晚上我在店裡 (我在飲料店上班)
隔壁是賣內衣的店家
他們玻璃門時常不關 (是那種可以推出去的玻璃門)
門常常就保持 "推開" 的狀態，占騎樓的3分之1

那條騎樓常常有路人走路or騎車穿越
我那天要外出外送，結果有一台摩托車剛好從我前面過來
我人在機車上我就後退，但可能沒注意就去撞到那片玻璃門
玻璃整片當場碎裂 .. 砸在我身上跟我機車上!
好險我人並沒有受什麼重傷 (背上小小割傷而已，但機車儀表板有點裂開)

我當然是會賠償!
只是有點疑問店家這樣玻璃門常常不關是對的嗎?
門常常這樣 "保持推開" 的狀態
有時候騎車要過去真的很不方便 (騎樓有畫紅線)

所以我應該要全額賠償還是跟對方談一人一半?
發生這種事情心情真的很低落 ..
最近打2份工，結果在月底居然發生這樣的事情 ..
