投資上揚 英經濟成長加快

（中央社台北2013年11月27日電）英國第3季經濟復甦加快，投資與住宅營造有助於抵銷出口兩年多來最嚴重的下滑。

英國國家統計局（ONS）今天表示，國內生產毛額（GDP）增加0.8%，符合初估。企業投資成長1.4%，出口則下降2.4%，淨貿易扣掉GDP 0.9個百分點。

英國央行英格蘭銀行（BOE）本月上調成長預測，並把失業率預計將降到7%門檻的時間點提前。失業率一旦來到7%，決策當局將考慮調升主要利率。

倫敦天達證券（Investec Securities）經濟師蕭奧（Philip Shaw）說：「成長動能將持續一段更久的時間，不過我們對這種成長率延續到明年的信心下滑，原因是這主要有賴於企業投資的前景。BOE目前要強調的將是，近期內不會升息。」

內部因素是成長的主要動力。第3季企業投資的上揚協助固定資本形成毛額（gross fixed capitalformation）提升1.4%，也為GDP增添1.1個百分點。

第3季消費支出提高0.8%，連續第8季呈現上揚，政府支出上升0.5%。進口增加0.4%。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
