【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美國司法部上周五無條件批准微軟以72億美元收購諾基亞公司手機業務的投資案，掃除該交易在美國的監管障礙。

微軟表示樂見美國司法部的決定，預計該計畫可望於明年第一季完成。在美國政府放行後，微軟下一個要面對的挑戰是歐盟監管單位的批核。

根據雙方協議內容，微軟在完成收購後將取得諾基亞的裝置與服務事業部門，以及諾基亞地圖服務的使用授權。微軟執行長鮑默爾表示，透過這項交易，微軟將加速拓展手機事業的市占與獲利。
