北韓驅逐美國老兵紐曼

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾2013年12月7日專電）南韓KBS電視台今天報導，因為「敵對行為」而被北韓逮捕扣押達42天的韓戰參戰美國老兵紐曼（Merrill E. Newman），今天被北韓驅逐出境，並由北京轉飛美國舊金山。

南韓KBS電視台還引述訪問首爾的美國副總統拜登的話指出，被北韓關押1年多的韓裔美國公民裴俊虎（Kenneth Bae）也應該予以釋放，讓他儘早回到家人的懷抱。

北韓官方「中央通信社」（KCNA）也宣布了北韓將現年85歲的紐曼驅逐出境的消息。

據報導，紐曼是參加過韓戰的美國老兵，今年10月26日與1位鄰居一起結束了為期10天的北韓旅遊後，在平壤順安機場搭機前往中國大陸北京前被捕。

報導說，北韓聲稱紐曼是在韓戰期間屠殺無辜北韓人民的戰犯。北韓中央通信社於上月30日公開了紐曼宣讀認罪書的畫面，內容是他反省在韓戰中的犯罪行為。
