解決失業問題，有沒有國家曾規定一人一工作制度呢？？？這個問題是討論失業率高，但有人佔多個職缺的情況下，職缺有時候比求職人數還少，但有工作的人，有可能一個人做二．三份工作，導致失業率更高，有沒有國家曾在職缺少，但失業率高的情況下規定一個人只能做幾份工作呢？？？假如多兼幾份工作，收入提高的話，可能就要多繳稅金；要不然有的人比較努力，清晨一份工作〔假設收入一萬元〕，上午和下午又兼一份工作〔假設收入兩萬五千元〕，晚上又有其他工作〔假設收入二萬元〕，月收入五萬五千元，努力不是不好，只是他可能排擠掉別人的工作機會，甚至可能沒申報所得，國家也沒有稅收可收
