【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】蘋果與三星電子之間的關係仍是減不斷理還亂，但日本知名媒體《日經電子》周一提出更多證據，指出蘋果與三星很難結束在晶片業務方面的合作關係。

在徹底拆解蘋果iPhone 5s手機後，《日經電子》找到了三星製造的A7處理器。日本最大商業新聞日報《日本經濟新聞》在周一刊出了《日經電子》這份分析報告。

報告中指出，iPhone 5s手機內含一個雙核心中央處理器（CPU）與一個四核繪圖處理器（GPU），其中後者是採用Imagination Technologies公司的設計。

此前，系統分析公司Chipworks在9月所做的分析，亦指出iPhone 5s手機裡有三星製造的A7晶片。

A7是蘋果最新處理器，是全球第一款用於消費者智慧型手機的64位元處理器，目前iPhone 5s、iPad Air與iPad mini 2均採用A7晶片。

雖然蘋果已經與台積電合作，也可能交由格羅方德代工處理器的傳言不斷，但要結束晶片製造方面的關係實則相當不容易。消息人士透露，蘋果要徹底與三星分道揚鑣，可能需要長達五年的時間。
