【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】蘋果全新專業級Mac Pro桌上型電腦最初配置的庫存量，在周四開放預訂後很快被搶購一空，定價2999美元起跳的四核心版與定價3999美元起跳的六核心版，新訂單的出貨時間都已從原本的12月底排到明年2月。

初期供應量如此有限，可能與此款具圓柱形獨特設計的新Mac Pro電腦是完全在美國製造有關。儘管出貨推遲且庫存有限，蘋果基本上還是實現了自己設定在12月開賣的目標。
