《陸企》順風光電收購無錫尚德 昨完成餘額支付

順風光電(1165.HK)日前宣佈以30億元收購無錫尚德100%股權，隨後，該重整方案獲得了債權人及無錫市中級人民法院的通過，按照計劃，順風光電已為收購支付了5億元訂金。

順風光電昨(19)日發布公告，有關建議無錫尚德太陽能100%股權權益之重整計劃，公司主要股東鄭建明已向管理人支付25億元(人民幣,下同)收購代價餘額。

順風光電主席張懿表示，鄭建明已向管理人支付收購無錫尚德的收購餘額25億元，為收購無錫尚德踏出重要一步。整個重組計劃將於股東特別大會獲通過後，便正式完成；完成收購後，無錫尚德將可穩定地供應太陽能產品予順風光電，用作擴充及興建更多的太陽能發電站，以及提升集團在國際太陽能行業的地位。
