魏聖美：韓高爾夫強大原因

78歲的Gary Player老當益壯，練就一身鐵布衫功夫？讓魏聖美揍他揍到手痛？

魏聖美在〈Golf Digest 〉撰文中提到，有回Player對她說：「Michelle！打我的肚子！」

但是她不想真的打下去，於是用戳的，結果Player說：「不是這樣！我要妳真的打下去！」

魏聖美寫道：「他肚子縮緊，站好姿勢要我打，結果我就真的揍下去，我是用盡了全力，結果我的手在痛，他卻眉頭也沒皺一下。」

Player打完後對她說：「我每天都做1000下仰臥起坐。」

該篇文章魏聖美談到不少過往的趣事，也提到當初並不後悔參加男子賽事的決定，最後她還說到，為什麼韓國的高爾夫會如此強大。

「因為射箭，韓國的女子射箭隊幾乎贏遍各大小國際賽的冠軍，射箭是奧運比賽項目，需要冷靜、專注與精密的計算，韓國女性擁有這些特質，並成功發揮到高爾夫上。」
