　　波士頓Fed銀行總裁Eric Rosengren周五發布聲明，解釋在Fed決策委員會的10名委員中，他為何是唯一投下反對票的委員，反對下個月開始減碼每個月850億美元的購債計劃。

Rosengren說，Fed應更有耐心，直到許多人預期的經濟改善，在數據中清楚展現。

「我沒有充份的信心，此時不願冒移除任何貨幣寬鬆政策的風險，」他說。

對於通貨膨脹將上升，並更接近央行的2%目標的觀點，Rosengren表示懷疑。

他說，他支持會議聲明中新的措辭，即Fed不會調高短期利率，且會持續到失業率跌破6.5%關卡很久之後。
