巴西購物中心 耶誕銷售不佳

（中央社記者唐雅陵聖保羅2013年12月26日專電）巴西購物中心協會（Alshop）今天指出，巴西購物中心今年耶誕銷售創近5年新低；假如不算今年開設的1萬6000家新店舖，購物中心平均銷售僅與2012年持平。

協會主席沙翁（Nabil Sahyoun）指出，今年耶誕節買氣冷淡主要因為家庭欠債率高、信貸緊縮，通貨膨脹飆升。

假如加上新開設的商店，2013年耶誕銷售較去年同期成長5%，尤其是香水化妝品行業的成長率達10%，服飾業成長2%；若以相同商店數量作比較，今年服飾店業績則較去年跌落2%。

巴西購物中心今年全年銷售較2012年成長8%，銷售總額達1328億巴西幣（約565億美元），主要是新開張38家購物中心，商店總數達12萬9900家，較2012年增加14.6%。

協會對2014年購物中心銷售成長預估為3%，明年預計將有20至25家新購物中心開張。

沙翁表示，今年美元升值，抬高包括服飾在內的零售商品價格；明年業界最擔心的是巴西幣對美元匯率居高不下，壓迫通貨膨脹持續飆高。
