安倍新年感言 修憲拚經濟

（中央社記者楊明珠東京1日專電）日本首相安倍晉三發表元旦感言，強調將盡全力擺脫通貨緊縮、重振經濟。他還談到修憲問題，希望民眾能多討論憲法，為日本朝向「建設新國家」邁出一大步。

安倍在新年感言中表示，日本正展開找回「強大日本」之戰，今後還有一段很長且嚴峻的路程要走，盼大家秉持兢兢業業的心往前邁進。

他表示，日本現正擺脫通貨緊縮之際，他一定會盡全力找回「強大經濟」，讓全國各地都能充分感受景氣復甦。

有關外交及安全保障政策，安倍認為，目前世界各國相互依存情況日深，內向式的思考已無法守護日本的和平。今後日本要對世界和平及穩定扮演更積極的角色，「積極和平主義」才是日本在21世紀應負起的責任。

對於象徵國家型態的根本大法憲法，安倍表示，日本憲法制訂至今即將滿68年，要順應時代變化有所修正，他希望全國人民深入討論有關修憲問題。他認為，現在正是日本要朝著「建設新國家」向前邁進。

談到311東日本大震災的災後重建問題時，他表示，今年是311大震災發生之後，迎接的第3個元旦，還有災民過著離散的生活。他希望明年元旦能有更多人有新居，同時也希望因福島核災被迫遠離家園的福島縣民能早日恢復正常生活。1030101
