救經濟 德拉吉加強低利承諾

（中央社台北2014年1月9日電）歐洲中央銀行（ECB）總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）表示，官員們已加強承諾，只要有必要便將一直保持低利率，藉此強化歐元區經濟。

今天在法蘭克福召開2014年首次決策會議的歐洲央行管理委員會決議，將主要再融資利率保持在0.25%，彭博社調查51名經濟師的預測全數命中。官員維持存款利率在零，邊際貸款利率保持在0.75%。

德拉吉今天在法蘭克福向媒體記者表示：「我們已用更強而有力的措辭來表明我們前瞻指引的力量，這重申我們必要時採取行動的決斷力。」

歐洲央行正試圖支撐仍被債務危機和史上最長衰退陰影糾纏的歐元區經濟。德拉吉指出，有兩項因素可能促使歐洲央行進一步降息。

他說：「其一是短期貨幣市場不合理的緊縮，另一則是我們的中期通膨展望惡化。這就是措辭更強而有力針對的事。」（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
