有關考領大型重型機車駕駛執照之相關規定為何？

為因應我國加入ＷＴＯ半年後正式開放150㏄以上之重型機車進口與領照，自九十一年七月一日起，將重型機車駕
駛執照分級為：
　　1. 普通重型機車（逾50㏄且在250㏄以下）駕駛執照。
　　2. 大型重型機車（逾250㏄以上）駕駛執照。
　　3. 一、有關考領之相關規定如下：
(1)考領普通重型機車駕駛執照：仍依照九十一年七月一日以前考領重型機車駕駛執照之規定辦理（請參
閱上列之問題3.及4.）。
(2)（於九十一年七月一日前已領有重型機車駕駛執照者，應於駕駛執照有效期間屆滿前換發為普通重型
機車駕駛執照；如逾期未依規定換發者，不得使用駕車。）
二、考領大型重型機車駕駛執照：
　1. 申請資格：
　‧ 年齡：須年滿二十歲，最高年齡不受限制。
　‧ 經歷：須領有普通重型機車一年以上之經歷，並經立案之駕駛訓練機構駕駛訓練結業者
　2. 欲報考者，請逕洽交通部公路總局公路人員訓練所。
