中油油管遭挖破 漏油汙染清理

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄10日電）台灣中油公司位於高雄市後勁的一條輸油幹管，今天疑遭高雄市政府施工的景觀工程挖破，造成漏油污染，工程人員清理。

中油公司橋頭油庫的輸油管，下午2時左右疑因高雄市政府進行景觀工程時，不慎被施工單位的鋼板樁挖破，漏出黑色的燃料油，並流入當地的後勁溪。

廠方據報後，先關閉油管，並緊急出動工程人員前往補漏，也以攔油索和吸油棉回收殘油，目前只殘餘部分油花。

高雄市環保局據報後，也派人前往了解漏油污染和後續處理情形。1030110
