吳淡如民宿違法 恐面臨停業

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭10日電）藝人吳淡如近年在宜蘭開設多家民宿，縣府近日稽查，其中有兩家沒有執照，且未來不可能改善合法化，將面臨停業命運。

吳淡如近年來看好宜蘭的觀光發展，先後分別在冬山鄉、宜蘭市和蘇澳鎮，開設多家餐飲店與民宿。

縣府工商旅遊處今天說，經過近日稽查發現，吳淡如在宜蘭市開設的「小藍屋」與「小熊villa」，沒有依「發展觀光條例」規定，領取營業執照，且有經營業務的現象。

工商旅遊處表示，縣府日前在稽查時，無人回應，已依行政程序發文，要求吳淡如說明；屆時若沒有其他理由，將裁罰新台幣9萬元，也將要求停止營業。

此外，兩家違法的民宿位於都市計劃區內，禁建民宿，更不可能透過輔導方式成為合法的民宿。

記者中午在吳淡如開設的「小熊書房民宿群」網站上，還可見到「小藍屋」與「小熊villa」的相關介紹圖文，但下午4時已遭撤除。1030110
