關於小說外包編輯的稿酬問題

如題
我原本任職於某間以青少年族群為主要客群的小說出版社，小說皆為純中文的羅曼史&輕小說，最近想接一些類似這種類型的小說外包案件，
想請問：如果是10萬字左右的小說，一本的稿酬大約是多少？
因為網路能搜尋到的通常是翻譯或採訪類的外包編輯甘苦談，都不是小說類的，希望能由有接過這類外包案件的前輩提供資訊~
