德拉吉立場堅定 收服經濟師

（中央社台北2014年1月16日電）經濟師表示，德拉吉（Mario Draghi）加強承諾會保持低利率，減輕歐洲中央銀行（ECB）前瞻指引的衝擊。

彭博社訪調的經濟師中有77%表示，歐洲央行對借貸成本的承諾有起作用，高於上個月的68%和去年9月首度調查的48%。歐洲央行總裁德拉吉7月推出這項政策，並在上週表示，官員選擇「更強而有力的措辭」強調決斷力及控制市場利率。

德拉吉不願宣稱贏得打擊歐債危機的戰役，且強調歐洲和美國展望背道而馳。聯邦準備理事會（Fed）在復甦轉強之下減碼貨幣刺激措施。歐洲央行官員將利率維持在0.25%的空前低點，且不排除未來降息的可能後，德拉吉9日向記者表示，要說歐洲已脫離險境還太早。

倫敦施羅德投資管理公司（Schroder InvestmentManagement）經濟師薩加納（Azad Zangana）說：「就維持利率預期低這方面而言，重複並加強訊息有正面的影響。也能支撐市場對之後可能有另一種形式政策的預期。」（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
