1.我和我老公二弟的同居人有過節...她說我在臉書罵她
但是我其實不是在說她,是在跟老公同事的老婆開玩笑互罵
她就認為我在說她...我並沒有影射他和標註她,她告我妨害名譽(她有拍三聯單)

2.她的臉書不是本名,照片也不是她,這樣構成嗎?

3.她在LINE的動態消息公開狀態發布我的不是,內容包括小人垃圾嘴垃圾心罵我吠
雖然她沒有指名道姓,但近日與她過節就是我,我可以也告她妨害名譽嗎?
