知識問題|

我媽媽她們公司做法非常惡劣叫人家加班還不給加班費
用強迫放假來扣加班還說寧願請工讀生也不願給加班費之前就
是有外勞去檢舉所以只有外勞加班才有加班費現在還害怕有人
去檢舉所以強迫簽同意書內容有兩項自己二選一
一.同意用放假來扣加班時數不給加班費年底結算時如有加班時數才給加班費
二.加班有算加班費但是淡季時要放無薪假
像這樣她們公司有觸犯什麼勞工法嗎?
該怎麼做才好現在她們都怕說去檢舉就會丟了工作
都不敢檢舉所以公司才會那麼惡劣
