搭公車未繫安全帶 開罰？ 北市澄清

7月1日新制上路，但對於媒體報導台北市民眾搭公車若未繫安全帶，會被罰1500元，北市交通局說，尚未正式實施。

台北市公共運輸處表示，立法院於102年5月8日三讀通過道路交通管理處罰條例第31條修正案，其中規定，汽車行駛於道路上，其駕駛人、前座或小型車後座乘客未依規定繫安全帶者，處駕駛人1500元罰鍰，但營業大客車(含市區公車)駕駛人或計程車駕駛人已盡告知義務，乘客仍未繫安全帶時，處罰該乘客。

媒體報導，未來在台北市搭公車坐在駕駛後方、前門、後門邊、末排中間及安全門旁座位，須繫安全帶，未繫安全帶罰1500。

台北市公共運輸處指出，有關修法後，正式實施日期，交通部尚未公告。有關實施方式，將參照交通部公路局等一致性作法，並以勸導為主方式辦理。
