美國洩密風波主角史諾登(Edward Snowden)受困俄國機場，轉赴厄瓜多避難希望渺茫；30日改向俄國申請政治庇護。俄國總統普丁回應說，他若想留在俄國必須停止爆料。

華爾街日報和彭博社報導，普丁1日在記者會表示，史諾登必須停止傷害美國，俄國才會給予政治庇護，但他自認是人權鬥士，可能難以接受此一要求。

俄國給了軟釘子，史諾登的最後希望可能是委內瑞拉總統馬杜羅(Nicolas Maduro)。他上週表示願提供史諾登庇護，外傳他可能趁著這兩天訪問莫斯科之便，用總統專機載走史諾登，目前美方正密切注意。

中國日報報導，美國當起全球老大哥、監控網路天羅密布。美國財政部長路傑克(Jacob Lew)卻回過頭來指責大陸發動網路駭客攻擊；他說大陸應停止竊取智慧財產權和貿易機密，並強調中方的網路戰和美國諜報案是兩回事，不能一概而論。
