各位大大：
我的車是客貨兩用(行照上有標明)
停在卸貨區時被拖吊了
到了拖吊場將行照給他們看時
他們說我可能是超過時間
於是我要他們拿出證明我超時
他們說路口監視器壞了
他們也無法處理，要開單員警處理
回家後打電話給交通大隊
他們說應該當場要詢問員警，員警應該都在拖吊場
但是當時出來的只是個穿便服的人員
然後告知我應該去監理站申訴
仔細看紅單愈看愈誇張
為何我的紅單上姓名、地址都查的出
但是我的車子是自小客貨，他卻填寫自小客
我應該如何申訴及賠償
一個一個踢皮球，浪費別人的時間及金錢
