更換重號車牌 改到府服務

〔自由時報記者蔡偉祺／台北報導〕新式車牌重號很多，公路總局請重號車主親赴監理所換牌，但是至今僅有兩千零二十六人換牌，成效不彰，換牌比例僅約百分之五，決定變更作法，十六日起將主動聯繫車主，提供到府換牌服務。

公路總局指出，重號車牌有三萬八千兩百三十八面，以自用小客車和普通重型機車的新式車牌（編碼均為前三後四）最多，達三萬三千五百一十六組。

公路總局長吳盟分表示，將主動為所有重號車主換牌，十六日起由各地監理所站主動和有重號情況的車主聯繫，若民眾抽不出時間到監所，可約在住家或工作地點，由監所人員前往協助換牌，但若車主不願意更換，也不會強迫。
