葡萄牙內閣要員相繼請辭，政府面臨崩解危機，引發全球市場對歐債情勢再陷動盪的恐懼，使葡國10年期公債殖利率3日一度升破8%，帶動歐亞股市下挫，有恐慌指數之稱的芝加哥選擇權交易所波動指數（VIX）漲4.7%，但美股早盤未受影響，在平盤附近拉鋸。

中國再現成長減緩疑慮和埃及政局動盪，也使全球股市受壓，紐約油價因而漲破100美元。MSCI AC世界指數3日盤中下跌0.9%，道瓊歐洲STOXX 600指數挫跌0.91%，英、法、德股均跌逾1%，葡萄牙PSI 20指數最深跌7.13%。～經濟日報2013年 7月 4日頭版頭條
