PC市場萎縮 Gartner下調今年全球IT支出 估營收年增僅2%

研究機構Gartner今(4)日發布最新預測，受到近期美元匯率波動，以及全球PC市場需求萎縮的影響，因此下修今年全球IT支出金額，預期今年全球IT支出預計將達3.7兆美元，較2012年的3.6兆美元增加 2 %，較原先預估的4.1%增幅減少2.1個百分點；其中PC銷售衰退趨勢延續至第 2 季，今年裝置支出成長率已自Gartner先前預測的7.9%，調降至2.8%。

在其他裝置方面，Gartner預估，隨著終端使用者逐漸將對PC的消費移轉至平板與智慧型手機，今年平板營收預期將成長38.9%，手機營收增幅則為9.3%；另外Gartner對數位內容創造與作業系統的預測因SaaS與裝置需求變化衝擊傳統商業模式與市場而下修，企業軟體支出於2013年則將穩定成長6.4%。

Gartner預期，今年全球IT支出將達3.7兆美元，較去年的3.6兆美元增加 2 %，按美元計算，Gartner先前預測今年IT支出將成長4.1%，較原先預估的數值，下修2.1個百分點，Gartner表示是反映近期美元匯率波動影響，若以固定匯率計算，今年成長率仍為3.5%，僅較上一季的預測微幅下降。

2013年裝置支出成長率已自Gartner先前所預測的7.9%下修至2.8%，Gartner表示，PC銷售量衰退趨勢延續至第 2 季，下半年度情況可望略見改善，不過儘管許多新裝置預計今年下半年上市，但仍無法力挽傳統PC市場頹勢，另外Gartner預估，今年平板營收預期將成長38.9%，手機營收增幅則為9.3%。
