租賃所得稅與糾紛

我跟人租了一間屋子,可是對方以契約書上並未加註**租金所得稅**由哪方負擔(依法不是該由房東繳納嗎)為由(我有營登即開立發票)不願讓我從中扣除該繳的費用並跟我說契約上的房租金額是他要實拿的金額,不然簽契約幹嘛(我本來也不知道租金收入房東是要繳納所得稅的) 並一度要求我隔天就要搬走 而若是我因此而要退租 就要走法律途徑!
***一開始我並不想退租的,可是他的處理態度太差了

想請問前輩:
我不能以此為由(他不願負擔租金所得稅)而要求解除契約嗎?
還是有其他的辦法呢?拜託幫幫忙吧 謝謝
