有關緊急事件時侵入民宅的問題

小弟是從事開鎖工作，因最近接到一個開鎖案例，女主人說他男友可能喝酒倒在地上，叫門沒人開門，所以很緊急的要請我開鎖，救人第一我當然不疑有他，樓下支會過管理員後就幫他開門了，沒想到開完門男主人發酒瘋說要告我想打電話報警，說要告我什麼的...後來是女主人幫我支開他我才得以脫身...但我真的很心寒，我出發點是緊急救人，卻差點弄上官司...

我想問：
1、他若真的提告，我會吃官司嗎？

2、是不是碰到這類事(例老人在門內跌倒)，以後都要跟客人說要等警察來才能開這樣嗎
